Women's Self Protection

June 12, 2010 from 6pm-8pm.

This seminar is Free to the public and enrollment has now begun.

This program is designed for those who do not care for the the rigid nature

of martial arts instruction.  In these basic quarterly classes we will cover

many topics such as:

• Physical body language and how not to look like a victim
• How to avoid awareness distractions
• How to overcome a victim mindset

• Keeping yourself informed
• Importance of changing up your daily routines
•  Avoidance of dangerous situations 
• Secondary crime locations and why you must never go to one
  
• Personal space and its importance
• Mindset of the attacker and defender
• Exercises on honing your intuition as a self-defense tool

This is a quarterly program and the skills and principles will build upon one another.

These single day seminars are very comprehensive.  They cover in depth

many of topics from the weekly classes but in a longer seminar style setting.
